In this demonstration class you’ll learn a complete menu of satisfying dishes, all of which rely on autumn ingredients for their robust flavor. You’ll learn to make fabulous seasonal fare, such as Creamy New England Clam Chowder, Risotto with Wild Mushrooms and Pecorino, Roasted Lemon Chicken with Garlic and Fig Jam Glaze, Apple Crepes with Warm Salted Caramel Sauce
Amanda will go over knife skills, roasting techniques and how to make the perfect crepe.
