Cooking in Provence- Demonstration class

In this demonstration class Chef Amanda will prepare a wonderful menu from the South of France highlighting the use of fresh herbs, produce and fruit. Menu to include; Crispy Chicken Breast with Chèvre and Basil, Ratatouille Nicoise, Classic Potato Galette and Crepes with Cinnamon Apples and Salted Caramel Sauce.
