Eating Clean for Spring- Healthy Cooking for Everyone

March 17 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

In this hands on cooking class we will prepare dishes that are healthy, clean and delicious and learn tips on cooking with little to no fat and using citrus and herbs to give flavor without adding cream or butter.
Chicken Scarpariello ( chicken with garlic, lemon sauce)
Salmon with Balsamic Orange Glaze
Orzo with Kale Pesto
Roasted Curried Cauliflower
Stir Fry Bok Choy with Wild Mushrooms
