Summer Cooking to Beat the Heat- Duke Fitness- Sold Out

Hot steamy days don’t lend themselves to getting in the kitchen but in this class we will learn tips on how to beat the heat for Summer. All the recipes can be done ahead in the cooler hours of the morning or late in the day and are perfect for serving room temperature. We will focus on the use of fresh herbs and highlight local produce and fish.
