Chapel Hill Cooking Classes
Welcome to Chapel Hill Cooking Classes. I am a private chef who trained in NYC and has cooked professionally for over thirty five years. I am a culinary educator, food writer, cookbook author and product developer. I teach hands-on and demonstration cooking classes to people of all levels as well as write recipes for publications such as The News and Observer, Costco Connection, Food and Wine, Cooking Light, Vegetarian Times and Fine Cooking.
Chapel Hill Cooking Classes offers group and private cooking classes in Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Durham, Cary and Morrisville. I also travel across the country regularly and teach in Atlanta, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
As the primary chef of Chapel Hill Cooking Classes I have developed all of the recipes for my classes as well as contributing to cookbooks and magazines. I have developed products for food start ups, gourmet stores, restaurants and companies such as Deep River Snacks, Juli-Anne’s Tropical Granola and Organic Fruit Ice.
