Cooking with Fresh Herbs

A talk on the use of fresh herbs in cooking and how to store them, grow them, buy and freeze and which foods work well with which herbs.
I will be using dill, mint, cilantro and parsley in Swiss Chard Fritters with Yogurt Mint Sauce
I will prepare the dish and demo a small portion and serve a plate for each person.
