Cooking Lean and Mean For Spring – Hands on class – Starts 5pm

Chef Amanda is a master at taking recipes and transforming them into clean, healthy dishes. She developed the Spa program for ICE in NYC and has written hundreds of recipes for Cooking Light magazine. We will all come together in this class to prepare; Asparagus Salad with Sautéed Shitakes, Shaved Ricotta and Citrus Vinaigrette, Pan Seared Mahi Mahi with Pico de Gallo, Roasted Broccoli with Siracha and Strawberry Ice.
