Gluten-free cooking can be so exciting when you incorporate flavors from around the world into your repertoire. In this class, Leslie will take you on a globally inspired trip with her innovative, bold, and bright flavors. As she introduces you to new ingredients and techniques, you will learn about the gluten-free pantry and how different ingredients can liven up a dish with a perfect balance of flavors. You don’t need a passport to experience the world of gluten-free!

Russian blinis with smoked salmon, crème fraîche, dill, and chives
Turkish dolmas with taramasalata
Spanish chorizo meatballs with cilantro cauliflower rice
Mini Italian rosemary-lemon-fig polenta cakes
