Gluten-free baking is about much more than using different ingredients. It involves new techniques as well. In this hands-on workshop Leslie will teach conversions, the best ingredients, and how to make fresh-from-the-oven bread, scones, and cake. Once you get a feel for these techniques, you can start adjusting your recipes with new variations and open yourself to a new world of gluten-free baking!
