Indian Vegetarian Style

We will talk about spices, cooking with Indian ingredients and methods to make this delicious and satisfying vegetarian meal. The menu will include; Dahl with Spiced Ghee, Naaan Bread with Raita, Chana Masala, Coconut Sesame Rice, Curried Vegetables with Paneer, Mango Iced Tea. This class is demonstration.
