We all need knife kills, whether you have been cooking forever or are a beginner. come learn how to buy, sharpen, hold and clean a chefs knife. We will go over the basics; mincing, dicing, chopping and boning. White Bean and Vegetable Soup with Garlic Croutons, Sauteed New Potatoes with Garlic, Eggplant Caponata, Sauteed Lamb Chops with Garlic and Rosemary.
