We will be using dried fruits, nuts, saffron and cinnamon to create this delicious menu; Chicken Tagine with Apricots and Saffron, Moroccan Chick Pea Soup with Spinach, Stuffed Flatbreads with Feta and Mint, Moroccan Carrots with Spinach and Toasted Almonds, Phyllo Bundles with Date, Pistachio Filling and Cinnamon Creme Fraiche.
