This will be a demo class where you will observe me cooking and can ask questions about the delicious ingredients and spices or the methods. I will be using; cinnamon, saffron, cumin, preserved lemon, olives and almonds. Moroccan cuisine celebrates marrying sweet and salty, braised and steamed dishes. Perfect food for entertaining.
