POPULAR PUBLIC COOKING CLASSES

I offer public, group cooking classes at one location in the triangle. The kitchen is in Chapel Hill and can accommodate ten to twelve students per class. The classes are hands on and include a complete five course meal. You are welcome to bring your own wine or beer. A variety of classes are held during the week from 6 to 8 pm or Saturdays from 11 until 1 pm.

You must register before the class to insure a spot. We are unable to offer refunds but can honor someone to take your place if you have a last minute issue. All classes will start on time and will include a recipe pack, an apron and knife for the hands on part of the evening. You will sit down and enjoy a meal after each class.
